The School of Education offers a minor in early childhood education which provides students with the opportunity to explore developmentally appropriate practices for working with young children in pre-kindergarten through grade 3 and their families. The minor includes foundational theories as well as practical strategies for teaching and collaborating in schools, childcare, and community settings. The minor in early childhood education is open to students from any major.
